Greens are good for us, this we know. This recipe which creates a bright green sauce is divine, and fabulous for your skin too. Olive oil, garlic and cilantro/coriander all feed your complexion directly. Simple to make, easy to
use (it goes with anything) and it keeps in the refrigerator for days and days.
How healthy can you get?
1-2 bunches of cilantro or coriander, washed and stems roughly cut off
1 teaspoon ground cumin
3 cloves garlic (more if you want it stronger)
2-3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (raw, unpasturised, unfiltered if possible)
¼ teaspoon sea salt or to taste
1 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
Put all ingredients in a blender on low speed until completely blended. Taste test
and adjust salt and olive oil. Pour into a small glass pitcher to enjoy it’s
gorgeous green colour, it will brighten up any table!
