Salted Caramel (get younger) Vegan Delight Bites

Keep these in the fridge for a get younger, snack-sized treat! They won’t last long.



Salted Caramel Vegan Bites

2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
5 Tbsp ground almonds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp spirulina
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp vegan protein powder
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Extra sesame seeds and a couple shakes of pink Himalayan salt for rolling in at the end.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until they are fully incorporated and the texture of clay. If the mixture is too dry, add more coconut oil; if it’s too wet, add more protein powder.

Divide into 6 rounded spoonfuls, roll them into balls, then roll into extra sesame seeds/pink Himalayan salt mixture.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Store in air-tight container in the refrigerator.
