The mentions of flax in the media recently seem to be overwhelming I agree, but it’s still not overrated. Not even a little bit. Here are the benefits, and there are so, so many:

Eases inflammatory tissue conditions, including arthritis
Alleviates dry skin, eczema and psoriasis
Enhances the immune system
